Adhi LPG and NGL Recovery Plant III, Pakistan
Presson Descon International (Pvt) Limited needed a Nitrogen Generator and Instrument Air package mounted on a skid base to be installed at Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL); country’s premier oil and gas COMPANY involved in exploration and production of hydrocarbons on national and international level.
Project included Basic and Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of LPG & NGL recovery plant from Natural gas/Wellhead gas EPCC of Adhi LPG and NGL Recovery Plant III. The unit needed to be installed outside where the ambient temperature ranges from 2.3OC to 49OC and at an elevation of 512 AMSL. 99% Nitrogen gas purity was required as well as Nitrogen gas flow rate of 60scfm and 4Barg pressure. A heatless Regenerative type Air dryer with a capacity of 350scfm and an Air compressor of 450scfm capacity was also to be included in this package.

A Combined Instrument Air & Nitrogen Generation Package Unit consisting of two instrument air screw compressors, air K.O drum, two instrument air dryers, pre & after filters, two instrument air receiver, electric heater, nitrogen generator, nitrogen receiver and interconnected piping and general instrumentation.
All items were also to be supplied skid mounted.
