Factory Acceptance Testing

At CAPS, we understand that a Factory Acceptance Test is a major milestone in the development of any systems-based project.

Our team works hard to ensure your air engineering solution is working optimally prior to final installation.

Our testing facility allows us to simulate the same high ambient environments found in some of the hottest climates in the world, including Australia.

As part of our Factory Acceptance Testing, our facility can record the following to ensure your compressed air package meets optimal performance requirements:

• Power draw
• Temperature
• Pressure
• Air flow capacities
• Dew point

In addition, CAPS’ dedicated workshop testing facility is also able to test the following equipment to make sure it is functioning at an optimal level:

• Air compressor products
• Low-pressure blower products
• Other associated ancillary systems (up to 160kW in capacity)

Test Reports

At CAPS, we’re able to produce a wide variety of test reporting to suit all your FAT requirements. From simple reports that ensure individual products are functioning correctly, right through to comprehensive ‘strings’ of equipment FATs that document overall package performance tested under quality-controlled conditions, we have a test report that’s right for you.
