CAPS SERVICE TECHS RECEIVE SPECIAL RECOGNITION FROM WOODSIDE

CAPS’ are passionate about our commitment to a customer and safety-first culture.

As much as it’s important to discuss these topics and receive feedback internally, nothing tells us we’re on the right track better than when our customers go out of their way to acknowledge a job well done.

That brings us to our good news story – one week in November saw two of our talented Service Technicians, Wayne Rolinson & Gareth Foulkes, undertake comprehensive Compressor and Air Preparation service and repairs for Woodside Energy in the North Rankin Complex.
Their dedication to uphold site best practices and deliver quality results to the customer did not go unnoticed, with CAPS now a proud member of the impressive Woodside Safe Card for good practices.

Jon Harvey, Woodside’s Senior Systems Engineer, extended his praise to Wayne & Gareth:

"After repeat visits to the work site [IACs and Dryers], the site is always tidy, consumables well stacked, caution tape and tag always up and visible, correct tools on hand, good manual handling on display, plus a few other good practices.

As you are aware these actions are the cornerstone of safety [and reliability] and something that Woodside is pretty keen on.

As an ex-fitter, a clean well drilled work-site means the job is under control and things are [generally] in hand.

Keep up the shining example."

Woodside’s Offshore Installation Manager, Wade Harrison agreed, thanking Gareth and Wayne for “another quality visit”. Both Wade and Jon were impressed with the results of the new IAC maintenance program, seeing a significant decrease in correctives since its application.

A massive congratulations and thank you to Wayne, Gareth and all supporting teams for your commitment to a customer and safety-first culture!
